About Our Home and Commercial
Building Plans
|
When we design your home we work with you
to determine what your living and design needs are. We provide
detailed blueprints for our construction crews, but we also
provide you with easy to read site maps (which show how and
where your home will be sited or placed on your property; floor
plans (which show where windows, doors and rooms will be
located) and three-dimensional or “3-D” views of your home to
help you visualize how it will look once it is completed.
We can rotate our 3-D views to give you a “bird’s eye” or
aerial view, or a view from any position around the house. We
can even rotate it so you can view the home from underneath the
house - a “worm’s eye view”! We want you to see what your
completed home or property will look like so you can make
changes in the design stage when it’s easier and less expensive
to do so.
With our state-of-the-art computer aided
drafting programs we give you a virtual tour of your home once
the drawings are completed. If you don’t live in the area we can
also upload our plans to a site where you can check them from
the comfort of your home or office too. Call us today for more
information and to schedule a meeting to discuss your next home,
redesign or renovation project.

a 3-D view (right) and easy-to-read floor plans
(center) help builders and homeowners “see” their
home before it is completed.
